Welcome to Sticker Situation, where self-expression sticks. By shopping with us, using our website, or clicking “add to cart” like it’s your full-time job, you agree to the following terms. Don’t be shady, we’ll hold up our end of the deal, and let’s all play nice.
1. WHO WE ARE
Sticker Situation is an online store selling vinyl stickers and sticker packs through our Shopify site, Etsy, and TikTok Shop. All items are pre-designed or printed using commercially licensed designs. We also offer custom stickers & decals for those creative cats or businesses looking to level up their brand. All great designs, No BS.
2. USING OUR SITE
You must be at least 18 years old (or have your cool parent’s permission). Don’t use our site to do illegal stuff, hack things, or pretend to be someone you’re not. We’ll ban you faster than a spam bot in the comments.
3. PRODUCT INFO
We do our best to make sure all listings are accurate, photos are true to life, and descriptions are helpful. But hey—colors may vary slightly based on your screen, and measurements are approximate. If you’re not sure, hit us up before buying.
4. PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices are in USD. Taxes and shipping fees may apply. Payments are processed securely via Shopify’s supported payment gateways. We don’t store your credit card info—Shopify and their buddies handle that part.
5. SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We ship fast. You can read the full policy here (spoiler alert: we accept returns/exchanges within 14 days on unused items). If your item arrives damaged or we screw up, we’ll make it right. If you ghost us after opening a dispute, we’re not chasing you.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, product images, branding, and website content are ours or have been commercially licensed. Don’t steal our stuff or use our designs without permission. Want to collaborate or license? Let’s talk first - we love to collab with others!
7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Sometimes we link to TikTok, Instagram, or other sites. We’re not responsible for what happens once you leave our site. Don’t click shady links. Stay safe out there.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We’re not liable for any damages resulting from your use (or misuse) of our site or products. Stick responsibly. Slapping a sticker on your forehead and getting fired? That’s on you.
9. MODIFICATIONS
We may update these terms when needed. If we do, we’ll update the effective date at the top. Keep an eye out—using the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
